1. How are orders delivered?
We currently use Royal Mail or for heavier items a Courier service.

2. International delivery options
We do accept orders to non-UK destinations but please contact us before placing an order as there may be additional postage charges.
Please note that Green Eyed Frog is not responsible for any overseas tax and customs charges that may be due.

4. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver standard orders within 5 working days, if you order before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) subject to stock availability. Most orders are dispatched the next day by First Class Royal Mail or if heavy, by next day courier. During seasonal peaks this may vary.
If we think there will be a delay we will of course, make every effort to keep you informed. During postal strikes times may vary.

5. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver domestically to the UK and Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and for an additional cost, overseas International.

6. Delivery to multiple addresses
Can I place an order and have it delivered to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order on our web site however if you contact us by email or phone we can make separate arrangements which may incur an additional postage cost.

7. Undeliverable packages
What happens if I am out?
If you are out when your order arrives a card will be left explaining where the parcel has been left eg. with a neighbour. If a safe place can not be found, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot where you can arrange for it to be redelivered or collect it in person (remember to take suitable id such as a drivers license).
What happens if a package is returned to you because it is undeliverable?
Occasionally, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers of Royal Mail were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-despatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund excluding delivery charges.

8. Why would my package be returned to you as undeliverable?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
- We received an incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no-one was home to sign for the delivery)
- Refused by the recipient

9. My order is late, what can I do about it?
You will receive an email from Green Eyed Frog once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days (UK only) please
contact us as soon as possible.
